Warnings
The wall mount must only be installed by qualified personnel. Improper installation can lead to instability and potential accidents.
Ensure that the wall mount is fixed to a solid and stable surface. A weak wall structure may not be able to support the weight of the fencing scoring device.
Only use the mounting hardware supplied or recommended by the manufacturer. Inappropriate screws or anchors may compromise safe installation.
Before installation, check whether there are any electrical cables, water pipes or other installations behind the wall. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock or water damage.
Take care during installation not to damage or overstress any parts. Damaged components must not be reused.
Once mounted, the fencing scoring device must sit securely and level in the bracket. A loose or crookedly placed device may fall or cause malfunction.
The bracket is designed exclusively for the UMTS 02 fencing scoring device. Using it with other devices may lead to instability or damage.
Regularly check the secure it of the wall mount and the installed device. Loose connections can pose a safety risk.
If there are visible damages to the mount or its installation, the scoring device must be taken out of service immediately and the mount should be repaired or replaced.
Avoid strong mechanical stress or impacts on the mount. These may cause cracks or structural failure.
Caring and storing instructions
Clean the wall mount regularly with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, solvents, or abrasive tools, as they can damage the surface.
Before cleaning, the fencing scoring device should be disconnected from the power supply and removed from the mount to avoid damage or injury.
Ensure that no moisture enters openings or mounting holes in the bracket. Moisture ingress can cause corrosion or material fatigue.
Inspect the mount regularly for cracks, deformation or other damage. If any issues are found, take the mount out of service immediately and replace it if necessary.
Tighten all screws and fastening points as needed to maintain long-term stability.
If the wall mount is not needed temporarily, store it in a dry, dust-free location. Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity or extreme temperatures during storage.
Ideally, store the wall mount in its original packaging or in a suitable protective cover to protect it from dust, impacts or scratches.
Before putting the mount back into operation after long-term storage, perform a visual inspection for damage and functionality test.
