The VR epee weapon is intended exclusively for use in virtual fencing training. It must not be used for real fencing exercises or physical contact. 

Use the VR epee weapon only in a safe environment with sufficient free space to avoid collisions with furniture, walls or other people. 

Ensure that no fragile or dangerous objects are in your immediate surroundings during training. 

The VR epee weapon may only be used with Meta Quest 2 and the software provided for it. 

This product is suitable for users aged 13 and older. Children and adolescents should train only under the supervision of a responsibel adult. 

Do not wear the headset for extended periods without breaks. If you experience dizziness, nausea, or discomfort, stop training immediately. 

The VR epee weapon is designed for either right-handed or left-handed use and must be ordered accordingly. Retrofitting or modification is not intended. 

Inspect the VR epee weapon regularly for visible damage or signs of wear. Do not continue using damaged components under any circumstances. 

Store the device in a dry, clean place and protect it from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperatures. 

The VR epee weapon contains electronic components and must not come into contact with water or other liquids. 

Use only a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Harsh cleaning agents, alcohol or solvents are not suitable. 

The lifetime license is tied to the device and must not be transferred or modified without the express permission of the manufacturer. 

Please follow the instructions provided in the user manual and perform all configurations and operations in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Clean the VR epee weapon regularly using a soft, dry cloth. For heavier soiling, a lightly dampened cloth may be used. 

Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents, alcohol or solvents as these may damage the surface and electronic components. 

The headset (Meta Quest 2) should only be cleaned with a microfiber cloth. Pay special attention to the lenses - they must never come into contact with cleaning fluids. 

Inspect the VR epee weapon regularly for proper assembly and visible damage. Since the product is not modular, modifications (e.g., for left-handed use) are not supported and should not be attempted. 

Allow all components to dry completely after cleaning before reuse or storage. 

Store the VR epee weapon and the headset securely in the provided packaging to protect the devices from dust, moisture and mechanical stress. 

The storage location should be dry, clean and free from direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations. 

Avoid areas with high humidity (e.g., basements or bathrooms) to prevent corrosion and mold formation. 

Electronic components such as the headset, VR weapon, and controllers must not be disposed of in household waste. Dispose of them according to local electronic waste regulations (e.g., at municipal collection points or recycling centers). 

Packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, foam inserts, or plastic wrappers can be recycled if clean. 

Whenever possible, separate different materials (e.g., plastic, metal, electronics) to support environmentally friendly disposal and efficient recycling.
