Q: How do I return my (part) order?

A: Attention! For German customers only!

Please send us your request for a return label by giving us your invoice/delivery note/customer number by e-mail. Insert the duly completed return receipt into the package. Put the prepared return label on to the package and bring it to your next DHL parcel shop. Please return unused, original packaged items only.

For foreign customers: Please send us an e-mail to info@uhlmann-fencing.de to let us know about the scheduled return.

Q: When do I get my money back?

A: After receipt of the returned goods, the credit memo will be issued within few days. The refund is usually made in the originally chosen payment method, unless you give us another instruction in the return receipt. The refund will then be carried out in the way you want.

Q: Why is my order cancelled?

A: There may be several reasons for a cancellation, e.g. when items are no longer available or sold out, etc. In any case, we will get in touch with you, if it is not possible to execute the order. An order will only be changed or cancelled after consultation with you. 

Q: Can I call someone if I have questions about an order?

A: Of course, you can contact us at any time. You will find the contact details here.

Q: Can I come directly to your shop in Laupheim?

A: You can visit our shop during our regular opening hours. You will find them here.

Q: I have ordered a wrong size. Can I return the item?

A: Please send us an e-mail to info@uhlmann-fencing.de to let us know about the scheduled return.

Q: My ordered product is defect. What can I do?

A: Please contact us by phone or e-mail to describe the problem. We will find a solution.

Q: I am interested in buying an item that is not available in your web shop. What can I do?

A: The product is probably already in production but not yet available in the shop. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Can I return a printed/customized/personalized product?

A: No, such a product is not returnable.

Q: I am not sure about my size. What can I do?

A: You will find our sizing chart here. If you still cannot find your correct size in our sizing chart, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service by phone or e-mail for advice.

Q: Can I choose the courier for my shipment?

A: We use DHL for shipments within Germany. If you want us to use another courier service for your order, please contact us before placing your order. For our foreign customers: We use ALX (UPS) or FedEx for shipments abroad. If you want us to use another courier service for your order, please contact us before placing your order.

Q: How can I wash my fencing clothing?

A: You will find our care instructions here.

Q: I come from abroad and cannot choose my country when ordering.

A: This is probably due to the fact that we have an exclusive distributor in your country, who you can contact. You will find them here.
