Attention! For German customers only!

Please send us your request for a return label by giving us your invoice/delivery note/customer number by e-mail. Insert the duly completed return receipt into the package. Put the prepared return label on to the package and bring it to your next UPS Accessment Point. Please return unused, original packaged items only.
