Please keep the printed voucher in a safe place, as it is treated like cash. Unfortunately, it cannot be replaced in the even of loss or theft.
Ensure that the voucher code is clearly legible, as it is required for redemption - both online and at tournaments.
The voucher can only be redeemed with a valid, unaltered code. Any manipulation or alteration of the voucher will render it invalid.
Please check the information carefully upon receiving the email. Contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
The voucher can be redeemed online, at tournaments, or for our regular product range, but it cannot be exchanged for cash.

Caring and storing instructions
